Newsletter form
The newsletter form is a placeholder. It stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you, or, for a Route Desk order, to prepare and deliver your plan.
Route Desk orders
When you order a Route Desk plan, we collect what you choose to send us: your first name, email address, country of residence (and US state), trip details, travelers' ages, passport nationalities (never passport numbers), visas or residence permits held, airline preferences, and loyalty program names and rough balances.
Payments are processed by Airwallex, our payment processor. Airwallex collects your name, email address, billing address and card details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number. We receive your payment confirmation, name, email, billing address, order reference and any message you add at checkout.
We use this information only to prepare and deliver your plan, answer your questions, handle refunds, and keep the records we need for accounting. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
We keep order emails and trip details for 12 months after we deliver your plan, then delete them, except payment records we must keep for accounting.
